AimDip is an initiative established and governed under the Training and Development Research Institute (TADRI). TADRI was registered as a registered non-profit organisation in 2006, functioning in accordance with the applicable laws and regulatory framework of the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India.

The Institute was formally initiated in 2003 under the banner of the NICE Society, with a vision to create sustainable social impact through education, research, skill development, innovation, and community engagement. Over the years, we've worked to address critical societal and developmental challenges by equipping individuals with knowledge, professional competencies, and growth opportunities.

Founder

Dr. Manish Prasad

The Founder and Visionary behind AiMDiP is a doctoral holder in Social Sciences, a social educator by profession, and a philanthropist by choice. Having worked extensively at the grassroots level in educational institutions and non-profit organisations, he closely observed the challenges faced by undergraduate and postgraduate students in accessing quality academic support, skills, internships, and career opportunities. Driven by this vision, he collaborated with IITians and young professionals to conceptualise AiMDiP as a comprehensive academic support ecosystem for students across India. With nearly two decades of experience in institution building, skill education, social development, and higher education, Dr. Prasad has contributed significantly toward creating innovative, student-centric educational initiatives aligned with the vision of NEP 2020.
